Product Category Associated with Item

Hi everyone,somebody tell me how to get product category (Category Hierarchy and Category) , Storage Dimension Group and Tracking Dimension Group associated with an item

by giving item id in X++ code?My scenario is that if item is released to a legal entity and when i release that item in another legal entity from Ax front end, the product category (Category Hierarchy and Category) , Storage Dimension Group and Tracking Dimension Group  are fetched auto,but i want that item release by code in import and issue is how to fetch the product category , Storage Dimension Group and Tracking Dimension Group  in X++ code of that item already released in first legal entity

    Hi,

    There are 3 out-of-box methods under InventTable as below, can't you call them?

    -CategoryName

    -StorageDimensionGroup

    -TrackingDimensionGroup

    Items' relation with Category, Tracking and Storage dimension groups are not company-specific. Are you trying to assign different values per company for those fields? As I know, that is not possible
