German VAT Declaration in XML format

Hi All,

anybody has come across this error when generating German VAT Declaration in XML format?

Setups:

I downloaded Elster (DE) configuration from LCS shared asset library for General electronic reporting:

Defined the format in the "Electronic tax declaration setup"

and when reporting the sales tax for the settlement period, and selecting the option to create an electronic tax document, I receive following error message:

An error occurred during the 'Format mapping' run. For more information, contact your system administrator.
Evaluating binding of format component File/Elster/DatenTeil/Nutzdatenblock/Nutzdaten/Anmeldungssteuern/DatenLieferant/Name.
The mandatory String with the name 'Worker name' must be filled in.

    Hi Fjorela,

    This may be related to bug 611289 that is solved on latest build for 10.0.22

    To work around this issue, disable the Enable usage of EPPlus library in Electronic reporting framework feature.

    Hi Fjorela,

    Is it Prod environment? Can you send a screenshot by opening message details?

    If it is related to your UAT environment, did you have refresh database in this environment?

    Hi Alireza, thanks for your reply. It was a UAT environment; I believe the database was refreshed. I will wait to check if the issue will occur also in the PROD environment. Best regards, Fjorela

    Hi Fjorela,

    You just need to specify a worker for the user who runs Report sales tax for settlement period.
