Hi,
I would like to use the TABS CONTROL column of the Summary Section of the Case form (case Entity).
How can I recreate this on the information form of the Case Entity.

Unfortunately, I can not do the on the Case Entity as I already have a Notes field.
It does not allow to enter a second one. That is, 1 note and 1 activity
Hi Nick,
Go to Form Editor of Case entity, under INSERT > Section, click Two Columns.
Enter TabsControl in Name, TABS CONTROL in Label, and 130 in Width. Click OK.
Click Timeline in the navigation bar.
Then under Home, click Change Properties.
Under Web Client Properties > Display, enter Conversation Tabs in Label, uncheck Display label on the form. Click OK. Then Save and Publish.
Then you can see the effect.

Are you looking for a control which displays Activities, Notes etc? If yes then you can add the control named Notes.
If not, a screenshot of what you need would help.
