I'm having trouble adding our company's Facebook page to social listening. When I enter the correct URL I get the following error:
I have double-checked the URL, and ensured I'm including the https://. I've even tried it with just http://.
Managed to figure it out. On Facebook I had Country filters set on the page settings. I guess anything that would filter out an audience requires the user to log into facebook, making the page, non-public. By removing the filter the page became public, allowing social listening to connect to the page.
