Microsoft Solution import causing production to not load

Has anyone experienced any issues with this solution import in their production environment?

This runs, roughly, every other week for my company, and it never succeeds. It's failed since July 2023. Recently it has been running during work hours and this is causing production to not load any applications (so no one is able to access D365).

There is very little information on this online. When the solution does fail, everything works again, but we experience some strange things. Ex: Account names do not load until you manually click into the record. There are different error codes almost every time it runs.

Here are some of the error codes from recent runs:
80048560
8004023B
80072031

I have an active ticket with Microsoft, but they are little to no help. Ticket hasn't progressed at all in 2 weeks. Just until Friday, when the job was running during work hours again,
did they escalate the ticket.

Any advice helps!

Microsoft Solution import causing production to not load
    Hi

I have had these same error codes importing a custom solution (this is the first google result for those errors). Not 100% on what causes this, but I can confirm a fix that has worked every time for us in case someone else has this same issue on a custom solution.

We had in our downstream managed environments:

    (New) Base solution 2.0.0.0
    ---
    Patch 1.0.3.0
    Patch 1.0.2.0
    Patch 1.0.1.0
    Base solution 1.0.0.0

Attempting to rollup the patches/deploy & upgrade in one go has consistently caused us problems. Deploying the next rollup solution with "Upgrade Later", publishing all at the top level, followed by manually deleting the patches one by one. Finally, selecting the Base solution 1.0.0.0 and "Apply Upgrade" allows this to roll up successfully.

We have yet to experience this with MS solutions though.
