Hi Everyone,

When we click attachment open button, attachments are not downloading instead it is opening in the same browser.

Issue is if we click back it will lead to the Overview page.

Can any one please guide, how to download attachments instead opening in the same browser.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Naveen

When I am opening in my environment its automatically downloading the file. Check your browser settings . Also did you try to attach new document and try to open it ?

    Hi Naveen,

Please try opening attachment in different browser or resetting your browser.

    Hi Naveen,

I have this issue in a Google Chrome browser. It is related to a browser setting that seemingly cannot be fixed (bug). Try to use one of the MS browsers instead and you should get a download notification.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
