Integration with third party web application

Hello,

I'm new to the dynamics suite and am doing some research on how integrations with third party web applications work. Essentially I am considering the scenario where a user wants to have finance information (AR/AP) flow between their Dynamics environment and a third party web application.

From what I've read here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/developer/devenv-httpclient

It looks like the user would have to develop calls from their Dynamics environment to manage data flow from that end, and there is no Dynamics API that the web application can call to manage data flow from the web application's end. Is this correct? My ideal solution would be for minimal development work on the user's end to allow integration with the third party web application. I would appreciate any guidance in this direction

Integration with third party web application

Hi, can you specify what product you want to integrate with third party web application. Since Dynamics consists of various products such as Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Finance and operations, Dynamics 365 Business Central and so on.
