Hi - we have Customer Service Professional subscription.
I'm still trying to figure out how to see the posts that mention me and trying to locate the "what's new" page. And on a side-thread I am trying to get the list of posts on a view somewhere but I cannot find the name of the entity for the Post. I know the API refers to it as Post but under the Customization / Entities list there is no such thing. Notes is there, Post is not! So I wanted to reverse-engineer. Look at the Timeline display under a Case, find which entities it displays and hunt for the Post. Of course that didn't yield anything productive. Meanwhile I found this

It says there's a Data / Entities under Power Apps. Well, there isn't!
What's New page is nowhere to be found.
Post entity is nowhere to be found.
Entities item is nowhere to be found.
Mystery deepens. Can anybody help me, please? Maybe I need to turn it on?
