User unable to create a memory dump using the shortcut

We have a user who is not able to use the shortcut function to create a memory dump. All other 6 members of the team are able to perform this function but 1 user is not able to do so. I have linked the document location above.

Create a memory dump on-demand

At any time agents running Unified Service Desk can invoke an on-demand full memory dump of the Unified Service Desk client application. By default, the shortcut key combination to invoke the manual creation of a dump file is CTRL+ALT+a.

Hi,

It says the shortcut is by default. Seems like the default can be changed by the user. Have you checked that?

"By default, the shortcut key combination...."

This is not something that is widely known to use this shortcut but it is a great tool for trying to diagnose issues where program keeps shutting down on our consultants.
