We have many CRM's and applications and I'm trying to add business value by adopting a Dynamics first strategy.
I have identified many uses for Dynamics, however im very confused about the licensing implications.
Say for example I work in a educational establishment so would have Staff, Students and Public potential Xrm users.
We have licensing set-up for a number of Dynamics users already but I would wish to create additional solutions for students, Staff and public to use.
These solutions would be largly using Portals or web pages for example a web form to capture noise complaints from students to be used by the public, staff form to report on IT issues, student form for students to request a new ID badge.
Im aware one portal can be used per Customer Engagement plan - We have this utlised already (a Adx one self hosted in Azure). So how about additional portals / pages ? - What is a portal one/form many forms?
Also I would envisage flows and such like for certain activities however we are advised we can't use multiplexing - i.e creating a flow to upload a ID badge for a student for example.
Any information would be greatly appreciated...
