Sales Accelerator Work List Criteria

What is the criteria for records in Sales Accelerator work list? It says it is for records that are assigned to you and have a sequence step/activity, but I have records that meet this criteria that are not in my work list.

    It’s a bit stricter than just assigned + in a sequence. A record only shows in the work list if it’s on an active step that actually requires user action and is due now. If it’s on a wait step, automated step, or scheduled for later, it won’t appear.

    Also, the task/activity has to be assigned to you, not just the record owned by you. In most cases where I’ve seen this, the record was either not yet due based on step timing or sitting on a non-action step.

    This is by design , work List shows only records that have a task or activity due now, not all records assigned to you or in a sequence.
    A record appears only if all of these are true:
    • It is assigned to you (or your eligible security role)
    • It is active (not closed / qualified)
    • It is part of an enabled record type in Sales Accelerator
    • It has one activity that is due today or overdue (within the last 30 days)
    The record was assigned through Sales Accelerator segments / assignment rules If:
    The next step is scheduled in the future or All current steps are completed
    The record is inactive or not enabled then it will not show in the work list, even if it’s in a sequence.
