Hi Team
I am new to Dynamics CRM 365. I signed up for the Dynamics 365 Customer Enagement Plan Trial.
After setting up the final modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Service Automation). It takes me to the page which says Attempted to perform unauthorized operation.
I did this for 3 times but could not get any luck.
What am I missing?
Hi Arafat,
It should be your browser cache account conflict issue. Have you ever tried to clean the browser cache and cookies and login the Admin Center with the new account when you apply the trial as following screenshot:
Then you could check whether D365 Administration Panel has been added under Admin Center Panel.
If you still could not find D365 subscription or Administration panel. Go to this and re-apply a 30 day trial run subscription with above new account.
