PLEASE!!

Config validation: Certificate "Thumbprint" is not installed on node 192.168.10.172 under My. Check the node availability, certificate installation, and the remote certificate store read permission on the nodes.
Best Practices Analyzer determined environment has an issue. Please see additional BPA log output in DeploymentTraces folder.


but the certificate is installed. Where else would the installation be for the validation and later installation of the cluster?

    Hi all,

    please double check server with specific IP. I have same issue when testing configuration and after some time I find out that script goes thru all servers. So in my case IP was from other server that I run script from.

    You also can get this error when server is offline or in other network or it has different IP assigned.

    Hope it helps.

    The error occurs during validation. when performing Analysis of best practices

    Joao, thanks for reporting the issue! Could you please provide a little bit more information about:

    • Where did you see the error?
    • The steps of what you did before the error appeared? 

    Based on your description, the issue looks like a configuration problem in Dynamics 365 for Customer Service instead of Dynamics 365 AI for Customer Service Insights (i.e. https://csi.ai.dynamics.com), so I'm moving this post to Dynamics 365 for Customer Service forum. If it's not the case, please reply to the thread, and I'll be happy to follow up with you more to troubleshoot the issue.
