but the certificate is installed. Where else would the installation be for the validation and later installation of the cluster?

Hi all,
please double check server with specific IP. I have same issue when testing configuration and after some time I find out that script goes thru all servers. So in my case IP was from other server that I run script from.
You also can get this error when server is offline or in other network or it has different IP assigned.
