Over the weekend a new issue arose whereby in D365 you copy an email address into the To: field and then click on CC or BCC and the customer is identified, then the customer will be duplicated multiple times in the To field.
Anyone else having this issue?
I have had this when there are multiple records with the same email address. D365 then resolves all records with that email address and displays them.
I am still looking for a work around for this myself where it will only show one record name when there are multiple matches.

I could understand your issue while it doens't occur in my NA V9.1.0.6228 Instance.
I tried to copy one contact mail address to 'mail to' field and click CC and BCC field then contact is identified. While there's no duplicate contact occurred in 'To' field like below:
Have you disabled customized web resource& business rules in your mail form?
In addition, could you share your duplicated customer screenshot and your instance region& version for issue validation?
