Unable to find GST-Custom Duty-IGST-07AABC******G1ZV in the setoff hierarchy GST version 1.

Hi Folks,

Hope you all are doing well..

I came up with a new query. while creating any domestic/International transactions i.e. Purchase/sales order in d365, Im getting error /Unable to find GST-Custom Duty-IGST-07AA******8G1ZV in the setoff hierarchy GST version 1, please check and try again/.

getting this error for every GSTIN and the irony is we have the same setup on both devbox and UAT, but getting this error only on Devbox.

Already check the setup for /sales tax hierarchy/ and /maintain setoff hierarchy/ but unable to found any difference.
