I have a number of computers running Windows 10.  THey've all been upgraded from 7 with all the apps, including Navision 2009 with no problems.  However, I can't do a new installation of Navision as it keeps asking me for the ocsetup file.

Can anyone help with this issue?

Thank you

    Hi,

    I support Rabindra's answer.

If it doesn't work, you can also do a Windows 10 repair. Check this thread: answers.microsoft.com/.../205389a9-3ee3-4b1d-b784-1b5466165ae9

    Hope it helps.

    Workaround is to install prerequisites

Prerequisites (Dynamics NAV 2009 SP 01)

To install the Client Option, you will need: Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1

Thank you.  The .NET Framework did the trick

Prerequisite for Navigator is .Net Framework 3.5.1. but Windows 10 computer comes with inbuilt .Net Framework 4.6 version. So we need to uninstall the latest version.

    Follow the below steps

    In run command type "Appwiz.cpl"

Click Turn windows feature on and off

Uncheck .Net Framework 4.6 and check 3.5

    Reboot and install.

    That's it
