Waiting for resources in crm workflow

Hello good morning.

I have a problem when executing the exit process of a phase within the workflow, when moving to another phase it should execute a process that is not currently doing it (Image 01).

And all the histories it runs are "pending" (Image 02)

Hi,

Can you please open workflow history and see if any error is occurred. When we have any error in workflow while executing it shows waiting for resources. So please check workflow history/process session and check if any error occurred.

Hi Angel,

Usually when async workflows assume "Waiting for resource" status, could indicate problems in the Async Service or a huge backlog to be processed. Could you please indicate if your Dynamics is OnPremise or Online. Also, check for your async backlog to understand more about your async status.
