Social Media Integration with dynamics customer Insights Journeys

Hi,
Why was the social posts feature deprecated from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys, and why is there no planned replacement for it within the platform? Additionally, one of my customers is looking to generate leads from social media. Are there any out-of-the-box features within Customer Insights - Journeys that I could leverage for this purpose?
