Hello GP community!
Where has the summer gone? Fall is just around the corner here in Fargo bringing with it some changes in the weather. (sigh) And we are experiencing variations here in Support too! I wanted to take this opportunity to give the community a heads up that the Dynamics Support team is in the process of moving to a new case management tool built on our very own Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) product! We are looking forward to moving to this tool to gain efficiencies and help in collaboration so we can answer your questions faster! With this new product there are a few items I want to bring to your attention so you aren’t caught off guard.
For example: RE: Purchasing batch interrupted TrackingID#2008260041111111 So bottom line, don’t mess with the end of the subject!
Minor things but knowledge is power, right?!
That’s all for now except a Thank You for continuing to use Dynamics for your ERP needs and for utilizing our team when you need help. Stay tuned to this blog for more information on our upcoming Fall release upgrade, new features and year-end tips. We wish you all the best through the rest of 2020 and beyond!
