GPUG_All_Stars_Headshot_Graphic.pngThe highest award given to our GPUG community, the All Star Award program recognizes GPUG members, who have a passion for Dynamics GP and have made significant contributions of their time and expertise to the GPUG community. Once an individual has achieved this award, their All Star status does not expire.

“GPUG is pleased to present these 2017 All Star awards to our deserving recipients,” said Bob McAdam, GPUG General Manager. “Bert Green and Steve Burney have been and continue to be regular, diligent contributors to this wonderful community, while Leslie Vail has served the Dynamics GP space tirelessly for years, assisting us regularly as a partner advocate. GPUG truly thrives with contributions such as these, and we are pleased to publicly recognize all of them this year in Nashville at our flagship conference, GPUG Summit.”

This year’s Chapter of the Year award recipients are: GPUG South Carolina (Charleston) and GPUG Wisconsin (Green Bay).

The Chapter of the Year awards are based on the size of the Chapter and the percentage of attendance at the meetings as well as the involvement of the Chapter Leaders to drive content, promotion and attendance.

“Both local communities are led by volunteer Chapter Leaders, who continuously strive to improve their meetings through education and networking.” said Molly Fuchsel, GPUG Chapter Manager. “These GPUG Chapters combined serve hundreds of User and Partner Members.”

Richard Whaley was an author and publisher, long time GPUG Member, GPUG All Star, and well respected Academy instructor, who selflessly contributed countless hours of his time and talents to his GPUG Academy students. Whaley passed away July 1, 2014, and this award was created to honor RIchard by carrying on his legacy. An award in Richard's honor is a way for GPUG and the community to recognize others who have been influenced by his example.
