The company is set up with advanced warehouse management - they use put-away and pick functionalities. Here is the issue:
One Transfer Order resulted successfully in Item Ledger entries, but NOT in Warehouse Ledger entries.
As a result, the quantity on hand of this item is correct, but there are no warehouse records for the given item. Bin mandatory functionality is enabled for the location where the items were received.
How to fix the issue?
Try running Calculate Whse. Adjustment batch job, would it solve your difference?
No, running the Calculate Whse Adjustment function on the Item Journal returns no results. I filter it by the item in question. Thanks.
Then, there has been one workaround, perhaps this will be helpful in your case: support.microsoft.com/.../942457
Thank you very much for your soon reply! I did see this solution - the workaround applies to NAV 4/5 and I am dealing with 2015, do you think it should work? Thanks.
It should work for NAV 2015 as well, except you would refer to pages rather than forms.
Thank you Alexander. It works! =)
