I am getting an error while syncing Accounts from CRM to NAV. I have activated the Map and can see it syncing every 45 seconds, but each time I see '0 written, 0 failed to write with a warning
However the Account cards form NAV is syncing to CRM without any issues.
Name must have a value in Customer: No.=342423. It cannot be zero or empty.
I have mapped all mandatory fields. Not sure how to check what field i am missing as i am very new to Nav.
Can anybody help?
Rakesh Anand ,
check this .....
On your customer card there shoud be a customer code as "342423"
go and select that customer and open the customer
on that customer "Name" field must be empty
thats why your sync fails
make some name or data to that customer thats it
I do agree with Manesha, Here the Error is quite clear.
The Customer Record in CRM side which is referencing Customer Record in NAV side. And it is not finding the relevant Customer Name in that particular Record(Customer ID= 342423). Just make sure you have the mapped Values not null.
Thanks, All mapped fields in connector are passed with values. Do you think that i am not mapping one of the mandatory field which have a required validation in NAV?
I am not sure how to find the validated fields in NAV 2013.
Rakesh Anand ,
Its not about the mapping , refer that client code in NAV customer card
that client code (342423) Name field may empty thats it
There is no customer in NAV with ID 342423, We are trying to create one with the ID 342423 through connector and we get this error. However we are passing values for name and id.
Just try to make Name field in Customer Table as nullable from SQL Server.
Give it a try, I am not sure how much this will help you.
