As this isn't replicated over all devices & users our support are unable to help but wondering if anyone else has this issue.A couple of our users are experiencing issues connecting to our server via the latest versions of IOS(12.4) & NAV(2.6.6267) app on iPad Air 2.The users are able to connect from a fresh boot of the iPad however closing & reopening the app causes it to be inaccessible with the NAV logo appearing for a long time then a restart of the entire iPad allows connection.Solutions attempted:
Issues still present after all above.
Please could someone advise?
We are experiencing the same problem.
Configured another Active Directory user on NAV earlier, replicating permission sets & role centre from original user.
Issue still present, don't waste your time.
iPad Air 2
Same issue here, across iPhone 7 and 8s.
As long as the app stays open in the background the connection can resume. If the app is closed and reopened it then fails to connect.
Same issue happens with the Business Central app.
Same issue here, across iPhone X.
If the app is closed and removed from the background then the app will reconnect automaticaly by opening.
