I have a Windows server 2010 r2 on which i have updated patches on it.which are important and recommended.Nothing is done on server just patching.But after 3 -4 days the remote client which was connected to navison having navision 9.0.48 version installed on server and client.Client user facing issue showing error. "The server did not provide a meaningful reply,this might be caused by a contact mistmatch,a premature session shutdown or an internal server error.
Remote user not able to connect and also RDP to server showing internal error.
Need help on urgent basis
Try go through this post. Although it does not have not a verified answer but may be you get some idea. Someone is suggesting to disable VPN.
Mostly it coming from firewall / antivirus misconfiguration
