I need to change a price on 2 items. I am using headquarters. Price change should be made at headquarters is this right? Do I just change price and run a 304 worksheet. Is that the right way to do it?

If the price change applies to all your stores, yes, the 304 Update Regular Price worksheet is what you have to create and approve. The 305 updates price levels and the 306 updates price limits (upper/lower bounds). In HQ Manager go to Help - Search - type worksheets - select "styles" - a pretty good description of what worksheets to use in what scenario.
