I am getting error "The currently configured printer type is not supported. Please contact your system administrator." while trying to print standard receipt via network printer in CPOS.
I have installed hardware station and I am able to pair it up.
Note : No error in event viewer.
1. Created entry in Hardware station in store. (Entry below).
2. Created hardware profile and attached to store.
3. Goto organisationadministration -> network printers and entered name and network address for printer.
4. Ran full data sync.
5. Download hardware station and installed with required details (installed fine).
I had same issue on MPOS, In Register try to enable the "Select Upon tendering" to Yes under Hardware station section and push the data.
It worked for me after enabling.

Yo need to active from the receipt profile format to enable receipt "Always print" option.
