I am getting this error when i am creating cloud hosted environment in LCS

Can you logged a support ticket through LCS with Microsoft Customer Support Team so we can investigate further through your environment details.
I am unable to see support plan it is asking when I am generating a support request
I will recommend to check following
- Configuration of Azure VM you have selected?
- Are those configuration supported in the data center region?
You can login to azure account and check available VM configuration for the region you have selected.
Have checked the subscription added as azure
Yes West US 2 that has VM
What are the VM configuration?
D8v3 in west us 2
Yes I have checked the VM in the west US 2 D8 V3 is excisting
Yes correct. That is available.
I will suggest to raise case with MS support for more detailed investigation.
