There is an issue in my device setup, cloud pos url is empty as below. that is why device is not activating.
where as when i created a device for Houston store this url populated automatically, so what will be the issue in my case.
Make sure that the Retail channel profile attached to the store has valid Cloud POS URL configured. If both the screenshots are from the same environment, just use the same retail channel profile that is attached to HOUSTON store.
