I like to create a workflow or other automated process so a user automatically follows a case they reassign to another queue.
It would also be nice if the user stopped following the case once it is reassigned to them.
Create a user lookup field with name "follow" on case entity.
Write a workflow that will set "follow" lookup with previous user when it assign to other queue.
User can use a personal view to know how many cases that they follow.
It worked!! :)
