I am working with Cleaners/Gardeners using the MS Dynamics Field Service Mobile App and occasionally their work schedule in their iPhone FS calendar fails to show them their work Orders. Calendar is on etc. Any ideas why this happens even when they have good internet access?
It might be related to sync. If you are working online it continuously sync but working offline will update in the next sync.
Can you send info with screenshot of the mobile app you are using?
