Currently working within a project trying to deploy Field Service. A few of the requirements that we need have presented issues with the process that we were led down by our CRM consultant in the beginning. Quick overview:
We have custom quote module within our CRM environment. Agreements would be generated by the quotes. Quotes/Agreements would be split up based on when service would be done, ie: weekly, monthly, etc. The product line items will flow from the quote > agreement > bookings > work orders. We have to have all the product listed beforehand so we can supply inventory for the service.
Basically looking for anyone that has information or is currently using a model similar to this. Anything where a customer has multiple agreements that reflect different service frequencies that are scheduled throughout the year. Most of the documentation I've found is regarding products being added after service is done so the WO could be completed.
Appreciate any info that you would be able to provide.
I am beginner in using CRM systems. I know something about salesforce, dynamic 365 and espocrm. Now I work with espocrm and dynamic 365. CRM system help to automate different process like connection with customers. Also convy to use free case management
