Please advice how to configure Assistant after enabling Sales Insight in Sales hub.
Also unable to configure Sales Insight inside the solution even after completing the Installation.
you can configure via Sales ->setting->Sales Insights
Even after enabling and selecting action cards, tab "CONFIGURE" is still vissible in Assistant section showing that configuration is still pending. Please see the screen shot.
Kindly suggest how to configure accordingly.
the reason it has configure as you can configure more stuffs on Relationship Assistant Tab. Please let us know after configuring if things are not working out.
The free version of the assistant is available by default with every Dynamics 365 Sales instance. For the advanced features like studio and custom insights you need to get the Sales Insights license.
Once you have installed the Sales Insights package from appsource you should see a "Studio" section in your Sales Hub UCI app's "Sales Insights Settings" section (See left bottom corner menu in the app)
After this to configure the any of the sales insights like predictive lead/opportunity scoring/relationship analytics etc., you need to got to Sales HUB--Down you need to select App settings by default it will be sales ,Then just see for the settings i guess..but u can identify these configuration..
