using Dyn365 web interface we create an appointment for an 'Account', defined date, where, time and etc but it is not showing in my Outlook calendar even I´m the owner.
>>> Why?? Is there some missing step?? If we set another user as option, he will receive an invite for that appointment?
After open a support Ticket, during the support session we reviewed the System/Settings/email, edit that user and changed the field 'Appointments, Contacts and Tasks' to sync using the 'server side synchronization' because we use Office365 environment.
* If you don't use Office365 environment (contact-us :) ), you should use the add-in 'Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook' on the pc.
