When tracking emails back and forth, it appears that after the initial reply, the tracking stops.
How can this be fixed?
Email 1 - outlook to gmail - I choose to track to dynamicsReply 1 gmail to outlook - automatically trackedReply 2 outlook to gmail - not tracked automaticallyReply 3 gmail to outlook - not tracked automatically.
I have read about tracking tokens but is there a way to ''hide'' these tokens so it doesn't appear as CRM-XXXXX in the subject of every email?

Please check these.
1) In the personal settings, under Email tab, select Track Email messages in response to D365 email.
2) In the System Settings, under Emai tab, select Use correlation to track email correlation.
