I have assigned some users the Sales Team Member license and given them access to the Sales Team Member app. They can access the app fine except for
opportunities. They only have the Sales Team Member security role assigned to them and the team they belong to also have that security role. But, for some reason they can't access
opportunities. They get the following message together with a red cross:You do not have permission to access these records. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics 365 administrator for help.
Any possible idea what the problem could be?
Fixed it. Needed to change a couple of the security settings.
