One of the client agreement is to pause or place the agreement on hold. Is there a way to perform so without customization?
In AX2012 you can check "Suspended" on the service agreement header to put the agreement on hold. I'm not sure if this field exists in AX2009 though.
Thank you for your reply.. yes "Suspended" exist in AX2009. However Suspended current is used when Contract is terminated and no longer in use. Therefore its not possible to use it for the same purpose.
