Axapta 3.0 installed on Windows Server 2012?
It is not compatible.
But it works, there is no problems except for some users and other users it works as it should. Thats the weird part?
First of all, debug the code to understand where exactly it fails. Knowing that the problem is somewhere in the form isn't enough.
If it doesn't help, create a memory dump and analyze it in WinDbg. It should tell you where exactly it failed, what was the call stack etc. If you used something supported, Microsoft support engineers would help you with this task (it's not easy if you're not familiar with it).
