Hello, when trying to cancel a Sales Order, I'm getting the following error:
Upon observation, found there was an active pick list registration sitting and was canceled and also deleted the output order.
At this point I tried to cancel again going to line > Functions > Delivery Reminder > make all fields 0 > Cancel. It now throws this.
These steps are common for all orders and are unable to find why its throwing this. Only happening for few orders. As workaround these are being canceled via job but on user side its not possible
Can someone please suggest what else I can do to find the actual cause
Are there any customizations around it? The error you are getting is a technical error. It is thrown when an object is used before it is initialized. This is common error and we cannot deduct anything from it.
You can take a look at the call stack. It clearly states the class, method and line which is causing the error. If you are non-technical, ask someone from your team or try to get us the code snapshots so we can take a look.
After canceling output order
Can you try cancel order from action pane>>General >>line quantity >> cancel delivery reminder
