How to hide the vendor transactions in Microsoft dynamics 2009 in n vendor code
I have split your question from another thread as you were changing the topic. In addition, your question is related to AX 2009 and for that reason belongs in the Dynamics AX forum.
Can you provide some more information about your question? What is it what you need to achieve? Do you want to hide the menu item Vendor transactions for particular users? Do you need to hide certain records only? Are you looking for archival options? Please explain the business scenario with more details.
Example I have one vendor called 'A' in that A vendor code I was posted around 30 vouchers. In that 30 vouchers user or anybody should be able to seee only 20 vouchers only. remining 10 voucher trasanctions should be hide for everyone, but total balance should come in vendor ledger all together including hide voucher trasanctions and non hide trasanction also.
Please suggest is it possible
What is the exact condition when vouchers needs to be hidden or visible? Anyway, you can have a look at Record Level Security (RLS) which can hide records for users in AX2009. This needs to be implemented for all groups which contains access to the vendor transactions and which is assigned to the user.
In the current version (Dynamics 365 F&O), the RLS concept has been deprecated and replaced with another, more powerful, framework.
We have to hide some voucher trasanctions to all users
As mentioned above, you can use the Record Level Security feature for this.
