Partner-Led FastTrack
This program is a strategic collaboration framework between Microsoft and selected Dynamics 365 & Power Platform implementation partners. It is designed to scale architectural excellence, accelerate customer success, and embed Success by Design (SbD) and Agentic by Design (AbD) principles across a partner’s entire portfolio of projects, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
This model empowers FastTrack Portfolio Partners to act as trusted extensions of FastTrack by establishing regional Centres of Excellence (CoEs) that serve as the primary interface for proactive architectural guidance, governance, and product alignment. Through this model, partners have a dedicated relationship with Microsoft’s FastTrack Solution Architects and gain access to FastTrack tooling, implementation insights, and product roadmap. A partner’s Centre of Excellence serves as an architectural board for their portfolio of projects across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

Program Evolution
The Partner-led FastTrack program was launched in 2021 to support Dynamics 365 workloads and evolved in 2023 into a Portfolio Engagement model, anchored by the partner’s Centre of Excellence (CoE). The CoE plays a vital role by serving as the first line of architectural and product guidance for a partner’s entire portfolio, ensuring every customer benefits from consistent, high-quality guidance and governance. By centralizing expertise, the CoE reduces implementation risk by driving best practices and providing proactive guidance across all their projects.
Building on this foundation, coverage now extends to include Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio workloads, empowering partners to serve a broader spectrum of customer needs and drive success across the full Microsoft business applications ecosystem.
What has evolved?
- Expanded Coverage: We've expanded coverage of FastTrack to include, in addition to Finance and operations and Customer Engagement apps, with Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot Studio as eligible workloads
- Enhanced Partner Empowerment: Partners are equipped to deliver proactive architectural guidance and governance for a broader range of solutions.
- Greater Customer Impact: Every customer benefits from the expertise and resources of a dedicated CoE.
