1. Is Zatca Integration - QR code on E-INVOICES and Cash and Carry sales feature supported in on-prem implementation and on-prem production environments?
2. Is this feature available for retail cash and carry, sales order/ customer orders and back-office sales order invoices?

Regarding enabling this feature in on-prem deployments: the submission of simplified e-invoices will be done from Commerce HQ via the Electronic invoicing service.
The service is not available in on-prem deployments. None of microservices including Electronic Invoicing is available on-prem.
Customers using this deployment should consider moving to the cloud, using 3rd party solution provider or building integration with ZATCA using SDK themselves in ERP directly.
