Not receiving workflow approval notifications in Business Central can pause your business processes. If you're facing this issue, here's a quick checklist:

  1. Workflow Configuration: Ensure that the workflow is set up to send a notification upon the event trigger.

  2. Notification Setup: In the 'Workflow Responses' section, verify that 'Notify Sender'  is enabled to send out the notification email.
