Why is the Custom Agent Missing?

In most cases, the Custom Agent feature is not visible because the service is inactive.
Even if the feature exists in your environment, it won’t appear until it’s properly enabled.

How to Activate Custom Agent

Search for: Copilot & Agent Capabilities


Open the page. Locate the Production Ready Review Fast Tab. Find Custom Agent. Click on Activate.


Custom agent status is active now. This enables the service.
Refresh your browser. If it still doesn’t appear: Sign out and Sign back in.


You will be able to: See the Custom Agent
