Mobile CRM is a hot topic. If you are currently using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or considering it, you are setting yourself up for mobile success! We are a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner, and have been implementing CRM solutions and developing mobile apps for over 10 years. These are our two core focus areas and we take them very seriously....internally and for our customers.
We believe that Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a great product and an amazing development platform. We've customized it further than many think possible. But in my opinion, the free, CRM mobile client is still lacking. So if the free mobile client doesn't meet the needs of the customer, what do we recommend? That's a no-brainer for us - RESCO. Wondering what the difference is and if it's worth the money? See the comparison chart here.
For even more advanced usage and customizations, we recommend using a combination of Dynamics CRM, RESCO and 2B Solutions. With access to the source code, we can take things a step (or two!) further. We can automate processes, provide company branding of the mobile app, and really customize its look and feel. We also utilize our MDM (mobile device management) expertise to help customers manage the app/devices and our Apple partnership to allow customers to push the app through the Apple store.
Curious to see how we're extending Dynamics CRM using RESCO? Check out these blog posts:
