thanks "Nuno Costa".
I really confused about it. run this tools on client side and connect to server without problem. but I don't know which category should be checked on which LEVEL?
and important thing is which part of log I have to post here to help me.
I really appreciate if anyone knew the answer and help me out.
please some one if can help me , answer above question.
If you have a CRM OnPremise instance than you can enable Server Verbose Tracing which will allow you to see what is the true error behind the generic ""An error has occurred.. " type of error. You can easily achieve this by using one of the following 2 options(Option 1 /
). You need to first enable the traces (for easier usage simply leave all categories on Verbose level) and then do a quick repro of the issue and then disable the traces (make sure you mark down the time (hour, minute, second) of when the error occurs). You then need to simply look in the "w3wp-crmweb" log at the time you have noted from your repro(you can open the log file with a dedicated tool - Example - for easier reading. With that error you can either came back here and post it or open a Support Incident with us to have a closer look at your issue.
