Is anyone using CRM to track course registration? If so how is it working for you? Do you have any recommendations? I am trying to figure out if this would be a good classroom management tool to use
We are using CRM to manage our product training it includes training registration, online training using adobe connect and class room training. We use sharepoint and CRM together to manage different parts of the training. Even we control security to access training out of CRM.
