Hello, We are experiencing a problem with the CRM online, only Administrator can login to the CRM.
All the other users receive the message;
Microsoft Social Listening isn't quite ready to use. Please check back in a few minutes.
The admin reset the social listening options and nothing happen. We are not using the Social Listener functionality, please advice Thanks!
Question for you is the CRM brand new?
If so Your Admin needs to create Users/roles for CRM and for Social Listening?
These are separate privileges for each User.
the CRM 2013 Online been up and running for a while....
We didn't enable the Social Listening. I got this response from the support team.

Current Status: Engineers have validated the fix and are currently implementing it. Due to the complexity of the fix, engineers expect it to take up to 2 days to fully implement. An intermediary update will be provided on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 10:00 PM UTC in order to provide a status of the implementation.
Customer Impact: Customers in Brazil are unable to complete a new purchase of a paid subscription or add seats to an existing subscription.
Preliminary Root Cause: A recent update in the environment caused impact to purchase processing in Brazil.
