In CRM 2011 ru 17. We use chrome and have user complaign about adding templates to e-mail. Creating quick campaign user can choose the template, but the name of chosen template is not shown in template field. Even administrator unable to do that. All works from Outlook and IE (but for ru 17 we can't use IE)
Google has made changes to the APIs in Chrome 37 after which we have noticed a variety of problems that have propped up when we attempted to use Chrome with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. I will highly recommend to use Internet Explorer but if you want to use Chrome due to business requirement than you can use workaround mentioned in below blog to fix this issue.

Satish Tiwari, Thank you for recomendation. But our customers have IE 11 which is not compatible with Roll Up 17. After Roll Up 17 recomendation was to use Chrome.
