A while ago i connect my desktop PC to my CRM from Outlook. Everything went smooth.
Now, on my laptop, I installed Outlook 2013 and the Dynamics CRM for Outlook and tried to login using my same credentials as before.
I cannot do this. I get an error telling me to verify the connection or talk with the admin.
What seems to be the problem?
Collect fiddler traces.
Also in CRM go to Settings --> customization ---> developer resources ---> check the discovery service URL for you. Try using that directly e.g you might see https://disco.crm.dynamics.com
Next, enable outlook client traces from diagnostics
Mention the error message from logs which will help us to find the issue
