I am currently trying to integrate CRM Accounts into Nav Customer and Vendors. Since CRM does not distinguish a vendor from a customer , does anybody know how to separate the two once I synchronize with Nav?
I believe there is filtering functionality you can add in the maps.
Also you when you create Nav Customers you can set the lookup field to specify the customer option and not the vendor
It has been a while since I used the Dynamic Connector
My main point of integration will be from CRM to Nav. If understand, how I can filter the information, so that my CRM Vendors do not populate my customer card in Nav. How do I put my "CRM Vendor Accounts" in the Nav vendor card? There is no option for direct intergration. Do I need to integrate it as a customer in Nav, than create a link to put it as a vendor? I have basic knowledge of how Nav works.
You need to create a new map to create accounts of type vendor
You would also need to filter these out of the other account map

To create this vendor map, do I need to manualy create a template ".map" file and config file ".config" and associate them with the vendor table? Is there any documentation that could help out?
